Orders shipped within the United States usually arrive within 3 to 7 days.

Orders shipped outside the United States generally take 7 - 14 days.

Return Policy

We at The Gluck Method take pride in the products we offer. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt as long as
the returned product is in unused condition and in its original packaging.
